APPEARANCE:
The color is pale gold, dotted with numerous very fine bubbles that form a dense yet evanescent mousse.
NOSE:
The nose is lively and delicate, with aromas of citrus and white flowers.
PALATE:
The attack is round and lively, making for a pleasant texture. The fresh citrus notes reappear. A thirst-quenching wine with a fairly long finish.

SERVING SUITABLE: Perfect as an aperitif with a few toasts of smoked salmon and foie gras.
Serve at 8°C.
