TASTING NOTES:

It should be served at 12°C and will fully express itself if decanted thirty minutes beforehand. Its brilliant golden color, aromas of white flowers, citrus, white peach, and brioche notes then unfold on the palate in a beautiful balance and a refreshingly crisp finish.

Perfect as an aperitif with friends, it will also elegantly and voluptuously complement an asparagus charlotte, pike-perch in a cream sauce, sole on the bone, or even a goat cheese skewer.
